PASSION4IT GmbH

Since 2019, PASSION4IT GmbH from Viechtach has been advising small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries on digitalization. Its core competencies include IT strategy, cyber security, digital work, change management, digital HR, and professional, agile IT project management. The company develops customized concepts tailored to the specific needs of businesses. Sustainability and people as the center of digitalization are particularly important to PASSION4IT.

Since its founding, PASSION4IT has guided over 60 SME customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on their journey into the digital future. Using the Digital Check, the experts at PASSION4IT assess the current level of digitalization of their SME customers and work with them to create a digital roadmap, which is then implemented together as project managers.

For the topic of cyber security, PASSION4IT has developed a comprehensive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented portfolio to safely guide SMEs into the digital future. By 2025, PASSION4IT aims to achieve "net-zero" CO2 emissions and has launched an internal project to analyze its CO2 balance sheet, in addition to its annual donation of 1% of annual revenue to environmental protection organizations. In 2023, the PASSION4IT company forest was planted, currently comprising 3,200 trees.

The current team of nine is based in Viechtach, Lower Bavaria.
