Clever combined! Multiple values summarized into one...

In a previous Tips & Tricks article, we introduced you to the function for configuring custom filenames for generated documents. With this function, you can use individual questions or even XML values as the basis for the filename of the generated document. However, if the filename is to be created from a combination of multiple values, you should also be familiar with the "Composed Fields" function.
The "Composed Fields" function is always useful when several fields or XML values need to be combined into a single value. This can be not only interesting for creating custom filenames, but also within templates when certain values always need to be stored in a fixed schema. The advantage: you don’t have to link each individual XML field separately with the template; instead, you simply insert the composed field. This saves time and makes the work significantly more efficient.
