Thanks to the interface with SmartDocuments, the "SmartDocuments" button is available within Microsoft Teams. This opens the smartWizard, a guided assistant for quick and structured document creation. The best part: No additional login within SmartDocuments is required; authentication is automated in the background. After creation, the finished document is automatically posted in the relevant Teams channel or saved in the associated file storage, including all relevant metadata. This keeps the entire document process centralized, efficient, and traceable.

The power of SmartDocuments is also evident within Microsoft SharePoint: The integration enables fully seamless and CI-compliant document creation that is directly embedded in the organization’s existing workflow.
Via the "SmartDocuments" button available in SharePoint, the smartWizard can also be launched directly here without a separate login. Once completed, the document including metadata is automatically saved in the SharePoint library from which the process was initiated. This close integration ensures clear structures, consistent documentation, and significantly reduces manual steps—ideal for companies looking to centralize and standardize their processes.
