Improve sustainability and reduce production costs with Process Mining

Our new Celonis app on sustainability in operations is now available in the Celonis EMS Store. The Rothbaum Sustainability Operations Cockpit provides advanced analytics and reporting with Process Mining to improve sustainability within the company. The app also enables the calculation of emissions caused in production and logistics down to individual products. It uses actual product cycle times and converts them into CO2 emissions via the energy consumption key and energy mix.

In addition, actual production costs are determined, taking into account energy costs as well as labor costs and depreciation. The app not only creates transparency but also aims to reduce costs and emissions in production and logistics. This allows companies to offer products with low emissions as climate-friendly products on the market and support this with data.
