Analyze production bottlenecks with the new Celonis app

Our new Celonis app for optimized production planning is now available in the Celonis EMS Store. The Rothbaum Production Flow Control Cockpit visualizes the multi-stage manufacturing process based on MES or ERP data. The app displays, among other things, the development of on-time delivery performance per product category and the current buffer sizes per workstation.

Users can view the number of orders and buffer stocks at each individual workstation to evenly control the workload in production. It is also possible to filter by specific product attributes to identify which attributes reduce delivery reliability. The app also compares the current throughput time with metadata and enables discrepancies to be automatically transmitted to the responsible employees or the system.
