Managing templates with regard to the timeliness of content and compliance with corporate design is therefore almost impossible and very, very time-consuming. To significantly reduce the workload in template maintenance and to fully map processes without media discontinuity, it is essential that the individual applications communicate with each other. So why type it all over again?
In addition, many companies and organizations use document management systems, specialized applications, or other third-party solutions that simplify everyday work. To significantly facilitate template maintenance and ensure that all documents leave the company in a uniform look & feel, SmartDocuments can be connected to the various existing applications and databases. This way, our templates are populated with the existing data, and the generated documents are stored and sent to the correct location.
