The BSI C5 audit certificate in accordance with Type 2 means:
- · The security and quality criteria in 17 areas are continuously met.
- · Health applications and public authorities can be securely hosted with Uptime IT in Hamburg in compliance with statutory requirements (SGB V).
Our audit process
Since July 2025, a multi-person team of auditors has been working with Uptime IT. They reviewed our system descriptions, documentation, evidence, log files and work protocols to confirm effectiveness.
Result: The audit certificate has been issued.
