How AI became autonomous digital labor in just 12 months

12 months ago, we were still optimizing prompts.

Today, we are building AI agents.

The developments around generative AI are currently progressing at an astonishing pace.

What in 2023 still consisted of individual prompts in chatbots has, within a short time, evolved into real development and automation tools.

And now, with Agentic AI, we are facing the next step:

AI systems that not only answer questions but also plan and execute tasks themselves.

This is exactly what my presentation at the Digital Future Congress by Silicon Valley Europe is about:

Using concrete examples from software development, data analysis, and business processes, I will show how our approach to AI has evolved from prompt engineering through Vibe Coding to Agentic AI.

And what this means for our role.

Because humans are not disappearing from the process.

But our role is changing: from prompt author to orchestrator of intelligent systems.
