Valisory GmbH

Valisory is the agency for AI employees in SMEs and public administration. Founded in 2023 in Hanover by Dr. Andreas Kohne, Nils Brechbühler, Daniel Koch and David Dernovoj – four practitioners from technology, sales, consulting and administration who shared a common observation: AI projects in SMEs fail not because of the technology, but because of how it is thought about.

If you introduce AI as software, you get an IT project without clear responsibility. If you hire AI as an employee, you get a position with a defined task and measurable results. This distinction forms the basis of our entire approach: we analyze where AI employees can have the greatest leverage, build them and document what they achieve – per position, from day one.

With locations in Hanover and Hessisch Oldendorf and a team distributed throughout Germany, we are on site where our clients need us – regardless of region or industry.
