AMC MEDIA Network GmbH & Co. KG announces the acquisition of the renowned magazine DIGITAL FUTUREmag by the pan-European IT cluster Silicon Valley Europe. The magazine, which has been published since 2018 and has already featured over 220 interviews with leading managing directors, CEOs, CIOs and CTOs, will now consolidate all high-quality content on the rapidly growing Silicon Valley Europe platform.

 

With this strategic acquisition, AMC MEDIA Network GmbH & Co. KG consolidates all valuable content information and strengthens the core brand Silicon Valley Europe. All DIGITAL FUTUREmag interviews will soon be available on the platform. In addition, the interview partners from DIGITAL FUTUREmag will be directly linked to the articles via the dicoo platform. This enables interested parties to contact the interview partners directly via chat and video chat. The last issue was published on 01.07.2024. Future interviews will now be conducted and published under the core brand Silicon Valley Europe.

 

The distributed ownership structure will be further focused on the core brand Silicon Valley Europe through this acquisition. However, all content on the DIGITAL FUTUREmag website will remain available for a longer period of time to ensure readers have access to valuable information.
