Darmstadt, 12.02.2025 – Silicon Valley Europe presents a new initiative for cross-border networking and interactive exchange: the Silicon Valley Europe World Café. This innovative format offers entrepreneurs, IT experts, and decision-makers an international platform for discussion and collaboration in a playful, virtual environment.
Regular meeting point for European innovators
The Silicon Valley Europe World Café takes place monthly, always on the 1st Thursday of the month from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM CET.
The first session starts on March 6, 2025.
The aim of this event is to create a pan-European and international opportunity for gathering and networking. By leveraging modern technologies, an interactive and inspiring atmosphere is fostered, enabling participants to exchange ideas, forge new business contacts, and develop innovative solutions for the challenges of the digital future.
The café offers seating for a total of 50 guests and features three meeting rooms where attendees can exchange ideas on various digital topics. The respective topics for the meeting rooms will be announced around one week before the event to encourage targeted and productive discussions. Additionally, there is a large meeting area that enables networking independent of specific themes.
And all of this for the price of a small latte macchiato. ;_) 
Technical implementation by WorkAdventure
The platform for the Silicon Valley Europe World Café is provided by WorkAdventure, a browser-based open-source solution from France. WorkAdventure offers an interactive 2D world in retro pixel style that combines video conferences, chats, and collaborative tools in a playful environment.
Typical use cases for WorkAdventure include virtual trade shows and conferences, interactive remote offices for distributed teams, networking events with gamification elements, or workshops and team-building activities. By enabling users to design their own virtual maps, a unique and dynamic interaction space is created that delivers innovative networking experiences.
Support provided by imc marketing & consult GmbH
The graphical design of the virtual environment as well as the first-level support are provided by imc marketing & consult GmbH from Heidelberg. As an experienced digital agency, it not only offers technical consulting but also serves as a contact for interested parties who wish to use WorkAdventure for their own projects.
