BBCom Business Communication

We are a sales and service company for IT and telecommunications solutions based in Lampertheim.

Since our foundation in 2013, we have been supporting business customers in the Rhine-Neckar region and throughout Germany with the planning, introduction, modernization and support of their IT and communication infrastructure.

As a system integrator, we combine telecommunications, IT infrastructure, IT security and business continuity into a holistic solution. Our goal: companies receive a powerful, secure and available IT environment – tailored to their processes, requirements and growth plans.

A key focus is on modern business communication: telephone systems, cloud telephony, VoIP and unified communications. In addition, we plan and operate data networks, WLAN and site networking, IT security, video surveillance and data lines. Maintenance, support and personal care are naturally part of our services.

Equally important is the securing of IT operations: we help companies reduce downtime risks, protect important data and quickly restore critical systems in the event of a fault or Trojan attack. As a proud terraXaler Premium Partner, we rely on a powerful platform for high availability, redundant data storage and business continuity – so that IT continues to run even when individual components fail.

We offer modern IT and telecommunications solutions with transparent rental models: the required hardware is usually provided on a rental basis. This keeps investments predictable, conserves liquidity and allows the infrastructure to be flexibly adapted to company growth.

We provide manufacturer- and provider-neutral advice on classic, cloud-based and hybrid solutions. Depending on the project, we work with products and services from Xelion, NFON, Yealink, Gigaset, Red Cactus and Securepoint. The selection is always based on the specific needs of the company – not on fixed products.

Our customers include companies, tradespeople, associations, craft businesses and public authorities. We are particularly strong in the Rhine-Neckar region, including Mannheim, Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen, Darmstadt and Weinheim. In addition, we support customers throughout Germany and also in Switzerland.
