The ADN Microsoft CSP Week is back – and from 24 to 28 November 2025, it will bring an exceptional lineup of top speakers and industry experts to the virtual stage. Joining us are renowned figures such as Simon Sack, AI startup entrepreneur and Business Punk columnist, or Frederic Bauerfeind, founder of WE BUILD AI, as well as esteemed Microsoft experts like Jens Grabow, Anja Schröder (MVP), and others. Over five days, partners will gain insights into the intricacies of artificial intelligence, new solutions for Modern Work, use cases for Copilot, current tools in the security sector, and opportunities to start and certify with Microsoft Azure through exciting online sessions. Rather than focusing on highly technical content, the CSP Week in November emphasizes practical relevance. This makes the event more than just strategic guidance: it provides concrete tools for successful sales and the implementation of Microsoft solutions. Participation is free of charge via the Cloud Champion platform.

AI without buzzwords – five days packed with real use cases for SMEs

On Monday, November 24, Frederic Bauerfeind, Founder & Managing Director of WE BUILD AI, will kick off at 09:30 with his keynote “AI without Bullsh*tbingo: How to implement AI in SMEs the right way,” where he takes partners through real SME projects and demonstrates how Azure AI and OpenAI can be used to transform sales, service, internal processes, and products. Immediately afterward at 11:00, Tobias Pitschke from ADN will present “Microsoft AI – From Theory into Practice,” offering a hands-on overview of Microsoft AI tools such as Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio and explaining how partners can use them strategically. Integrating AI into daily work brings enormous opportunities—but also new challenges around data protection and compliance. That’s why Stefan Köster will explore the legal framework for using Copilot in his session “Copilot and Compliance – Implementing AI Safely and Legally” at 14:00, outlining how data protection and compliance align with the EU AI Act and the EU Data Boundary.

Industry meets communication – new opportunities for partners

On Tuesday, Simon Sack, Founder and CEO of NEUROLOGIQ, will kick off the topic day with “AI Revolution in Industry?” In addition to his work at the AI Federal Association, he is also a columnist for Industrial AI & Defence Technology at Business Punk. Starting at 9:30 AM, he will take participants into the world of Industrial AI and show how AI is revolutionizing machine parks and production processes. At 11:00 AM, the focus will be on telephony via Microsoft Teams, which can be a gateway for partners to Microsoft 365 services. However, setting up Teams telephony raises many questions. In their session “Microsoft Teams Telefonie – mit ADN schnell, leicht & flexibel umsetzen”, ADN experts Thomas Kwasnitza, Oliver Weikert and Alexander Spengler will address these questions and simultaneously present the new solution from the ADN Unified Communications Business Unit for easy setup of Microsoft Teams telephony. In the afternoon, freelance Microsoft Partner Alliance Manager Susann Cholid and ADN experts Daniel Herzmann and Tobias Sander will answer the question at 3:00 PM: “What will change for CSP resellers in October 2025? A look at the new Incentive Guide and changes to the Solution Designations.” They will also explain how resellers can benefit from these changes.

Understanding, implementing and automating Copilot

Wednesday, November 26, is all about Microsoft Copilot. At 09:30 AM, Tobias Sander will help partners in his session “Copilot for Microsoft 365: Overview and Opportunities” to learn about the key features of the different Copilot variants and choose the right licensing strategy. From 11:00 AM, Anja Schröder, MVP and speaker for Microsoft Modern Work, and Tobias Sander will provide a practical introduction to prompting. In “Copilot Prompting in Practice,” they will highlight typical pitfalls when working with AI assistants and offer tips on how to review and assess the results generated by Microsoft Copilot. In the follow-up session “Copilot Agents for Beginners” at 2:00 PM, Anja Schröder will also show how Copilot agents can automate daily work and which agents are suitable for different scenarios – a real added value for day-to-day work in the channel.

Rethinking security – AI and cloud protection

On Thursday, November 27, the day begins at 09:30 with Jens Grabow from Microsoft, who will demonstrate in “AI for Security: Microsoft Tools & Ansätze” how AI-powered tools like Copilot for Security, Defender XDR, and Sentinel automate and optimize security processes. At 11:00, Andreas Wach, Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, and Stefan Baresch, Senior Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, will present their session “Rethinking Data Protection – Microsoft Purview in Action,” showcasing it as a modern data protection and compliance solution—including automated classification and DLP. The day concludes at 14:00 with Ben Bachl-Tanaka, Managing Director of bbtronic GmbH and expert in Microsoft security solutions, who will explain in “Cloud Security Deep Dive – Mit Microsoft Defender for Cloud” how the solution secures cloud environments and identifies typical security findings.

Understanding Azure – Getting Started, Scaling, and Deals

On Friday, November 28, at 09:30, Thilo Schumacher, Head of Microsoft Azure at ADN, will provide a practical overview of typical entry scenarios in “Azure Sales Kickstart.” As part of this, he will also discuss ADN’s new Professional Service offering “How to Specialize,” which not only provides resellers with the essential know-how but also concrete competitive advantages for their entry into Azure specialization.

At 11:00 AM, ADN expert Daniel Zyla will present the “Azure Virtual Desktop Essentials for CSPs” and explain how Nerdio’s offering supports CSPs in provisioning and billing. To close out the week at 2:00 PM, Daniel Zyla and Damian Bieniek will host their session “Azure Deals – From Calculation to Closure,” showcasing the kloud klickers solution—a portal for easy calculation and implementation of Azure projects, ideal for CSPs and MSPs looking to scale their business.
